text pushed down in ie

I have just noticed that the content of my blog (http://www.superenlightme.com) is pushed down in ie only. can someone help me please?

im not too good with css yet but i found this:

Note: If there is too little space on a line for the floating element, it will jump down on the next line, and continue until a line has enough space.

i dont know what the css solution is but a table would solve that. perhaps if the contents of your page were switched around in order (stuff on left listed first then stuff on right) but that might just make the stuff on the right drop down. i guess you could experiment with that if this has not been answered correctly yet before you get to read this

I have tried to reduce the content to 200px and the sidebar to 100px while leaving the page width at 1007px and still the text is pushed down in ie

What version of IE are you using? I checked the site with 7.0 and it appears fine.

it could be screen resolution
