Change of provider

Would someone be kind enough to tell me what New provider’s TAG (abbreviation) is for Hostmonster please?

Can you please explain what you mean by "provider's TAG"?

I am switching from 1and1 over to Hostmonster and it asks me to provide the following:

Change provider

You have selected the option "Change provider" for one or more domains. With .uk domains we need the details of a target provider as this requires a different process.

Please enter the target provider’s TAG (abbreviation) in the fields for the relevant domain name. Your new provider will give you this TAG.

Choose provider
Domain name New provider’s TAG (abbreviation)

You are trying to transfer the registration to HM? Or the hosting?

Because if you're talking about the registration, that's not possible. Hostmonster can only be the registrar for .com .net .info .org .biz and .us domains.

If you're talking about the hosting, you shouldn't need that, you just need to point your DNS to ns1.hostmonster.com and ns2.hostmonster.com
