CPU quota exceeded alert continuously?? Word Press 2.6.1

I recently updated Wordpress blog to 2.6.1 version via fantastico. Now My web site continuously display as CPU quota exceeded alert page. I check the error logs it shows that "/ramdisk/bin/php5 ......" Any body have answer for that. Is there any issue with WordPress?? :confused:

Are you running php5 with FastCGI turned on? If so, try turning it off. If not:

When you update your Wordpress through Fantastico or Simple Scripts, it does not update the extensions as well. If you are running extensions that require the older version of WP, then you will have to update those extensions as well, and this could be the cause of your cpu problems.

Try updating your extensions for WP and see what happens after that.
