Why i cant see my site with site's IP Address

After the purchase i got an ip 70.98.54.27 (www.afxal.com) ... I have tried to figure out how to see my site through this ip given by the hostmonster . So any body knws an answer ...... thnx ,,,,,, sorry to bother u all :S i tried to figure it out

That's because you (along with every other standard account) are on shared servers. Your IP is not unique to your domain name. The server can only identify what website someone is looking for by the domain name passed to it.

If you need a dedicated (ie. your own unique) IP address, you can purchase one for US$30 per year.
