Help with Login Area Please

May someone PLEASE help with my Login Area which I would enjoy to create for USERS on my site. I am creating a server which is open to about 3000 users a day and would enjoy to have the Login Area to show the USERS personal page and how many users are on at a time. With the login area I may add a CHAT ROOM and POSTING BLOG area for the USERS to use.

I am asking if anyone knows a site which provides a service for Login Area scripts and features. OR if anyone knows scripting themselfs and knows how to create an area like the one I just described. I would be willing to pay money for your help with my Login Area Problems...

Use a CMS, like Mambo, Joomla, Drupal, Postnuke, and like that.

This can be done quite easily with a combination of Joomla! and Community Builder.

Joomla! would be the backbone of the site and Community Builder would be what would give your users the ability to create blogs, photo galleries, manage their forum postings (if you have such a feature), and much more.

You can also install forums such as phpbb and SMF into the Joomla! system so that your users have one login to access all these features.

Very easy ... all free. Only thing you might pay for is someone to install and configure everything for you.
