Video clips on demand

I have a need to upload 30 minute video clips to my site. They are wholesome clips of our very exciting church service. Does anyone have experience with uploading video to the hostmonster site? Any info will be appreciated

The easiest way would be to use google video and embed the video in your site. Youtube is not an option since they only allow 10 minutes max.
