I found this (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=352388) .htaccess edit that may be able to help. However, you will need the Apache module mod_limitipconn.c. For this, you may have to contact Hostmonster Support to see if they can install it for you if it is not already installed.

Perhaps someone else may find one that does not require a module...

you can ban ips with cpanel or you could hard code it into your page to let an ip view your page once for example but what if they just go to another computer using a different ip?

the cpanel thing is in the security tab titled ip deny manager
