.co.uk name transfer

Oh no.... ive just bought the 2yr package, and was going to start transferring a few names, then the page told me .co.uk isnt supported!.....what should i do?, can i get round this some how or can i have a refund?

You don't need to transfer the registrar of your domain to use it (at least for add-on domains). All you need to do is point the name servers of the .co.uk at the Hostmonster name servers and everything should be alright.

Hi just like to say that pointing my .co.uk names and set up was really easy.

here is what i did if it helps anyone else.

1. login to your registrar account and change the dns server names to
ns1.hostmonster.com
ns2.hostmonster.com

(wait 5 mins then)

2. Goto your hostmonster account and click on addon domains, type in your .co.uk name and wait for it to be verifiyed, then choose a name for the folder its going to point to.

hey presto all done... just check in your browser and it will goto the empty folder.
