How do you all recommend I post photos? I currently have a few posted but they won't open. I want to post a bunch but I don't want to page bogged down. Can I/how do I do thumbnails or a slide show?

There are a variety of gallery web applications available (I believe you can install a few gallery scripts from within your cPanel).

When you try to open your images, do they go into the delete file?
If they do, restore them, then they will open.
I have had this issue for a year, hostmonster can't fix it. When my contract is up, I am outta here.
Errr, not sure exactly what issue you are referring to.

I see your using a HTML editor.
Make sure it is referring to your photos correctly.
I see your first picture within a link:
<a href="http://www.solutionsoft.com/w2w.htm" target=_top><img height="2" alt="word to html converter" hspace="0" src="b.gif" width="2" border="0" ></a>
but when I go to look for "b.gif" the picture isn't on the server. Make sure you upload it to the SAME FOLDER as index.html and make sure to use the name "b.gif" not "B.gif" or "b.GIF" ... Linux hosts are case sensitive.
BTW... to edit any HTML file you can just open notepad and make your changes, and then hit save.
