Help - email is not working

hope someone can help - when sending an email to my account the following message

1. Where are you seeing this error message?

2. Are you sending mail from a webmail account (e.g. Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail) to your site's own e-mail or vice versa?

3. Have you set up e-mail accounts through cPanel for your website?
