Hi

When I view the Service status in Cpanel, it display
Disk /dev/sdc1 (/home) 87 %
Disk /dev/sdd1 (/backup) 90 %
Disk /dev/sde1 (/backup/cpbackup/weekly) 87 %

and there is an yellow light blinking, Is this normal? How can I clear the files and bring down the percentage.

Those stats are for the server as a whole (which hosts other sites side by side); your site occupies just a portion of that server's disk space.

Therefore, you cannot do anything to "bring down the percentage" as significantly as you may want to. All you can do is probably attend to your own web space.

Ditto to Falcon1986's reply, but FYI, my server has been at the following "yellow-light" conditions for over a month now:

Disk /dev/sdc1 (/home) 85 %
Disk /dev/sdd1 (/backup) 89 %
Disk /dev/sde1 (/backup/cpbackup/weekly) 86 %

but I haven't suffered any performance issues to my knowledge, and I'm confident that HM is taking care of things to lighten server loads.

If you are suffering performance degradation, or if it is making you nervous, you may want to "Live Chat" with support to get their take on it.

I too have been seeing those yellow warning lights on Host166. Nothing to worry about at this point.

The other thing to consider is that the disks used in the servers are probably rather large and therefore 85% still leaves a lot of room to grow :D
