help with unlimited FTP and loading other pages...

Help.... :(

I am using unlimited FTP to upload my website... the thing is that the index.html page is fine... but aboutus.html, contactus.html..etc are not working:confused: :(

could u please tell me whats missing or what am i doing wrong that when i click the home, or trade, or any other link on my website it doesnt open:confused:

could you provide us with a link to your page?

two things to look at:

1. Make sure you uploaded all your pages (services.html, aboutus.html, etc) directly inside the public_html folder of your website.

2. Make sure you have all those files named properly. Linux, which is what your hosting account is running on at Hostmonster, uses case-sensitive file and folder names. Aboutus.html is not the same thing as aboutus.html.

If that doesn't work, let us know and we will take the next step in the troubleshooting process.

I just found your problem:

instead of naming your pages with *.html, you named them ".htm"

Huge difference in trying to located your pages.

The easiest way to fix this is to rename all your pages to *.html instead of *.htm. If you don't want to do this, then you will have to edit every page on your site and change all your <a href> tags to reflect the actual name of the pages you are trying to reach.

As for my problem..it is still there.... i have uploaded all my pages inside the public_html folder and double-checked to make sure my files are named properly ( and they are)...But still no luck... thats really weird :confused:

any other tips or help would be truly appreciated!
