domain renewal

I just wanted to see if anyone else had an issue with this before contacting support.

I kept getting renewal notices from HM for my domains at godaddy, i renewed them and a week later i'm still getting the emails and they are showing the old date, not the new one.

Anyone have a similiar issue?

Yes, I submitted a support ticket and they corrected the problem, saying

"I updated your information in the cpanel to show the correct expiration dates. Sometimes our servers pull up the old information until we clear out the cache. "

same here...they had to refresh the whois aspect of the server
