Hey,
when using FTP / Webstats from the cpanel, it says webalizer can not be generated, why is this?

before u use it .. u have to use Stats Manager in the same page and check the boxes for the domains and subdomains that u want webalizer to make stats about .. then the webalizer will run ok !

lol did that, still said "couldn't generate webalizer"

I'm not sure if you are having a similar experience as I had. The first few days of signing up, none of the webstats worked. It was only a few days later that all of them worked for me. I'm not sure why though.

I am having the same problem. I just emailed support. There is defintely somehitng wrong the awstats/webalizer setup.

When you initially set up the awstats and webalizer programs, you have to wait up to 3 days before stats actually start showing up. It's kind of like setting up a database and trying to pull data out of it without putting any in it.
If you have waited a few days before trying to use it, then I would contact support to ask what the problem is. Most people don't know to wait a few days for stats collection.

erm.... webalizer placed a folder at server.
make sure you not removed it.
how about awstat, is it working fine?
