Webmail: Trouble sending

Hey all. First post to the forum here.

I'm trying to send an email through Horde and keep getting an error message:

There was an error sending your message: Failed to send data [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 503, response: All RCPT commands were rejected with this error: Sender verify failed Valid RCPT command must precede DATA)]

Is there some sort of setting I need to change?

Have you tried contacting support about this? Live Chat is a great option if you are in a hurry:

Other than that, we would need more information like have you made any changes to your account? Were you trying to run special commands when sending? If you were just trying to send a general, normal email, it should have worked. If it didn't, then only support will be able to correct the problem, as far as I know ...
