When I try to put my files to the server they are showing in the progress bar as being uploaded but when I open my website it is not changing. When I test view in my Dreamweaver browser it all works! I don't understand why my site files are not crossing over. I even uploaded my whole web again. I logged onto hostmonster and it states that I have not used up my bandwidth but my FTP file states:

< 220-You are user number 4 of 50 allowed.
< 220-Local time is now 05:00. Server port: 21.
< 220-IPv6 connections are also welcome on this server.
< 220 You will be disconnected after 15 minutes of inactivity.

< 230-Your bandwidth usage is restricted
