Hi,
When I enter certain search phrases in Google my site shows up as myprimarydomainname.com/default.com vice myprimarydomainname.com. When this happens my site shows up looking very strange with the images out of place. Is there a way to fix this? Any help will be appreciated.

Other than contacting Google about this problem, I'm not sure I can offer any more help. I have never heard of this before, but that doesn't mean anything. I'm not an SEO expert.
Perhaps some links would be appropriate if possible?

For instance if I search crooked horn hunting, I get the correct URL as a result. If I search any combination of the above with the word club added I get the .com/default.htm result. Links to searches are below.
"Good result"
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=crooked+horn+hunting&btnG=Google+Search
"Bad result"
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=crooked+horn+hunting+club&btnG=Search
I am not sure if I am phrasing this correctly, but if you click on the links you will see what I am talking about. crookedhornhunting is my primary domain.
Thanks for your reply.

It looks to me like you have two different files in your public_html folder.
One might be called index.html and the other might be called default.htm.
I would delete the one you don't want and then rerun your tests, but give it some time (up to a month) before you see any changes reflected in Google.
