Webmail Page Needs UTF-8 Encoding Meta Tag

After logging in, the first page which asks us to choose Horde or Squirrel needs an UTF-8 encoding meta tag to avoid messy information when using other languages.

Also, the pop up login form doesn't work properly in IE (both 6 and 7), only works in firefox.

Please fix these problems
