Newbie still frustrated

Hello all ive asked this question a numerous amoutn of time. I ask for help and people say read what php mean thats fine. I have it doenst help....i thought mayb it was me my freind tried nothing...I have a free premade wordpress theme I go to try to upload site from unlimited ftp and nothing.

I dont know where to put them. Im still withing 30 days im tryna create a blog and a business website, im just gonna cancel and use site biuld it or starlogic someone help ive been up all night Im not lazy please someone help:D

You must first install WordPress. Installing via Fantastico is probably easiest. Then upload your theme to the folder at: wp-content/themes.

Once you have it uploaded, open your WordPress Admin site from the Dashboard choose Design. From there you can choose the theme you just uploaded.

You should spend some time on the WordPress site to learn more about it. I have 2 WordPress sites working just fine on HostMonster.

If you don't upload your pages to public_html folder then you won't be able to see anything, you have a choice of folders with ftp on hostmonster like public_ftp etc, what your looking for is public_html upload all your files there.
