In order to be able to upload your site from inside Frontpage, you have to enable Frontpage Extensions on your site.
This involves logging into CPanel using the username/password information you received after signing up for an account.
Point your web browser to www.yourdomain.com/cpanel (http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel)
You can also go to www.hostmonster.com (http://www.hostmonster.com) and enter your domain name (without the www) and password to get to your CPanel page.
Once there, scroll down until you find the Advanced menu options and look for the button that says: Frontpage Extensions
Click on that and follow the instructions on the next page.
Once your extensions are installed, from inside Frontpage, navigate to (I think) File >> Publish your site
and follow the prompts. You will have to enter the web address (usually with the ftp.yourdomain.com (ftp://ftp.yourdomain.com) convention, but the connection wizard should tell you. You will also need your username/password information as well.
It's just about that easy. Frontpage does a decent job of informing you of the steps neccessary (sp) to upload your site properly.
Post back here if you have any other questions.
