How do I add users to my cpanel account? I was assigned an admin user name and password when I purchased an account, but I need to assign user names to other to whom I grant access.

You cannot have more than one Cpanel user. This is available only to the admin name & password provided upon purchasing the account.

you only can add new ftp user, email user.
cpanel login is just one login that you had.

That's disappointing, I wanted to set up other users with admin permissions for specific add-on domains. So what's the best way to do that if I can't create control panel users? Do I have to install Joomla (or another CMS) for each add-on domain, and give the users admin rights within the CMS?

Having more then one login for cPanel is a reseller option, which HM does not offer.

Try the CMS option, see if it works. If you know php and curl you can tap into cpanel from PHP to create emails and such.

What do you want the user to do in cpanel? If's it's just email and stats, then I would set them up on Google apps and analytics. That way they can manage their email and stats by themselves.
