Website and all files deleted

Hi all, very worried, i run a real estate website, and about 30 minutes ago my site went down and i logged into my hostmonster account and all my files along with my email addresses were gone.

I hope this is downtime due to hostmonster doing something and that i will get all files and everything back very soon. But very worried.

Just wondering whether this is only happening to me.

Any advice on what i should do?

ok, just done the live chat for a 2nd time, and the admins are doing maintenence on my server. and it should be back up soon, so if anyone else is down, then dont worry too much.

It would be a good idea to back up your entire website when it comes back up.

I myself don't have a full back up, but I have enough to get me started.

I have the same problem. And im worried. Hope the problex will be fixed soon.

Yesterday in the web http://serverstatus.hostmonster.com/ they say they have a problem in host74.hostmonster.com with the hard disk but today say that is OK.

But my website is down .. :confused:

My files seem to be there... My databases are all GONE....I backed up my files, but not database:(, hope all is well

When Hostmonster does maintenance on your server and when the MySQL databases are taken offline, they appear in your control panel as having 0 databases created. Once they're made available again, your account will return to normal.
