Yeah as you guys noticed i have a habbit of asking one question and then another one pops in my head that seems just as important as the last one :D But i was on a discussion about piracy a couple of threads down and it got me thinking would HostMonster ban my account for hosting media that technically doesn't belong to me but is distributed in places like YouTube etc freely with little to no complaints. Like i enjoy recording radio shows off well the radio and uploading them to my website and also enjoy recording commercials and small clips that can't be qualified as movies.

I feel like i'm advertising there product rather than stealing it, i could just not mention my website to anybody and cross my fingers but i don't want to get bit in the ass later.
