My issue is that while I have a 3rd party AntiSPAM service on my account, I still receive SPAM that doesn't pass through that service and therefore must originate within HostMonster. SPAM/Email that goes through the 3rd party service always has a footer attached that allows me to control future delivery/non-delivery of a particular sender's emails. Is there a way to force all inbound email, regardless of origin, to cycle through the external service? Alternately, is there a way to only accept email from particular source (IP address, 3rd party email server)? Thanks.

I'm not sure about answers to your questions as such, but if you suspect that there is Spam coming from HostMonster accounts, then you should raise the issue with HostMonster so that they can investigate.

You should look at the message headers in the emails as these should give some indication as to where the messages originate. If they appear to originate from HostMonster sites, then you should pass the messages over to Hostmonster. (In theory, you should be able to send a copy of the emails to abuse@hostmonster.com - along with an explanation of what you're sending so they don't think you're spamming them of course :D )
