Simple Scripts Log in not functioning.

Hi, I am having trouble navigating to Simple Scripts, and don't think the problem is on my end.

I have already installed a lot of programs using SS and would like to manage them, but the referrer from the cPanel seems it isn't working and now I can only view demo pages of SS.

When I get to SS I see this message:

"We were unable to validate your account information, probably due to a password containing invalid characters. Try changing your main account password with your host. Alternatively, FTP may be disabled on your server."

My FTP is working fine and the only thing I came up with is that I DID change my password recently. It worked fine before that.

Please Help!

That's what I was thinking... I was just hoping I could resolve it here.

Well, I think it was do to my password as I thought, but when I tried changing my password I used the Generator for the first time, and now it seems the password I wrote down is incorrect.

So um? where do I request a new password? I would just go to live chat again, but at the moment I'm stuck on dial up.
