Email Log

I was going through my logs today and I noticed this:

10 23:58:52 2008] [error] [client 60.250.93.23] 550 SPEED LIMIT: Domain mktgzone.com has exceeded the max emails per hour (50) allowed.

Obviously mktgzone.com is not my domain. I thought email sending now needs authentication. Question is how do I stop this?

If this was a listing under the Main Error Log, then what you're seeing is an error relating to all domains that are shared on your server, not just for your own account.
