Hi, I have a question is there anyway you can change the size of a picture using percentages in dreamweaver?
what i mean is, i'm using a picture as a banner and i want it to resize on different screen resolutions/browsers as when i tried 800 -600, there was a big difference. so could i make it that the picture resizes somehow?
also on dreamweaver if i make a page, on internet explorer, i have the scroll bar at the bottom for probbably half a cm. i was wondering how i could remove that, i can change the % of the website but what that does is leave white background and does not make the webpage smaller, so how could i change that?
