FTP advice

I recently did a format on my pc guys and have setup smart ftp again for my site, now I cant remember what I used for the ftp, atm i am using ftp.mydomain-anonymous

now I dont belive this is the correct one for me to use daily, what is the correct domain I should be using for my site, I dont think anonymous is the right way for me to go about it, forgive me guys I am not a internet Guru.

Use ftp.yoursitename.com

You'll also want to make sure that the username & password you use are your account name & password

If your not sure, look for "FTP Accounts" in the cPanel, and then create a new account.
