Installing Joomla using SimpleScripts

Is their a way to install Joomla using Simple Scripts without installing the sample data?

ive never used simple scripts but my guess is that you would have to search your sources of jooma templates to find one that was specifically modified to do that. im thinking it doesnt matter what program you use to install it (fantastico etc) it probably just installs whatever is in the folders that come with each template. if you cant find a template like you want, you could just manually delete the sample pages or categories from the joomla admin page.

you might want to keep one item from each section and relocate it to use as a possible template unless you know exactly what your trying to do wont require that but its not that hard to do.

Dont forget to back everything up first.

if you really know what you're doing you could edit each page's code too
