I am having troube with my e-mail storage space being used up. I.E. I have no e-mail in my inbox, deleted messages, sent items, or other folders. If I log into the control panel, under the 'mail account maint.' window with 'show space used' active I am showing that I have 2.5MB of storage used. What gives???

I have another such e-mail address that is showing over 10MB of storage used.

Might it have something to do with stored attachments that are not deleted when using webmail or an external e-mail client?? If so, what can I do about it??

I've seen a similar problem posted by someone else on this before. It appears that after you delete emails, the mail sever doesn't properly purge the deleted stuff. I think you need to talk to support about this.

X2 - I recall seeing a post about this recently. If I recall correctly, support was contacted to correct the issue.

I ended up talking to the support team. It turns out it's an issue with Cpanel not reporting correctly after e-mail gets downloaded from the server. I was told that it *should* be taken care of as soon as HM gets the latest version and installs it on the servers. :)

I guess we'll just have to wait and see.....
