Hi,
I've noticed that recently, my apache log files seem to get cleaned out every day. Has anyone else noticed this? Does anyone know if I can change this so I can keep the logs for longer?
Thanks,
Dan

You may need to contact the HM Support. May be it's the server settings or something...
Thanks.

I have this issue as well, contacted support, and was informed that "there is nothing they can do about it."
Apparently, HM does not see a value in letting customers have access to raw log files. Period.
How is one supposed to find out about this sort of thing before forking over cash? It's very frustrating that I have to move hosts yet again. I think this time, I'll go with one that costs more and has full service.

You have access to the raw log files for your account. It's about 2/3 of the way down on the first page in CPanel after login.

In your cPanel, under the Advanced menu up the top, there is a link, 'Manage Your Raw Access Logs' (it's not on the main page). There you set can a few logging and archiving options.
I've never lost any logs and have always had access to them, regardless of any settings (on both servers I've used, 31 and 45).

Sorry about that. I was referring to the logs you could read. I messed up not being specific in which I was talking about.
... I suppose they aren't raw either .... :P
