changing domains and sub domains?

can someone tell me what is the best way to change my subdomain to my main domain, i have 4 subdomains and would like to change one to my main domain.

You'll have to contact support to do this.

Keep in mind, when you do this, you'll lose all information and settings...

It will be like starting over from scratch.
