Starting website

I can't get the "Start Website from Template" button to function. I'm using a
Mac G4--are there any compatibility issues--or am I just not doing something I should be?

From what I know, it is NOT because of the OS problem. Maybe you should explore more on the function. There must be something you missed. Please explain more so others are clear what is the exact problem.
