First, what you need to do is to create a website itself using programs like Dreamweaver, Frontpage, sitebuilder (something like that... that comes fwith HM... so you can create your pages). Then, after you done with your website, you upload to the server. I think you should buy a domain as well. (basically, yourname.com)

Scootm, I think that first you should read some tutorials, and later propose about making a webpage. Don't go that fast!
I'm surprised you payed for web hosting without even knowing a thing about it... you sure are a temerary one :P
You can check the help page of one of the members of this forum, called Wise Old Man, they are quite good for complete newbies.

After you have read and understood and tried at least the HTML tutorial on that page, you can start thinking about making your own website. But keep in mind that in this world nothing is magical and there is currently no program which can read your mind. You will have to put some effort both in learning and developing to get decent results, so dedication and patience is needed, and witha 3 months computer experience it can be a quite steep learning curve.
Good luck anyways!

Hello Scootm,
Welcome to 'cyberworld'. First of all DON'T use all uppercase letters on your post. In 'internet world' it is not nice (it means you are shouting or angry).
McCoy is right, WiseOldMan have a very good site for newbies. My site also not bad but it is still have a long way to go (just started the site last month).
I'm doing Tutorial Series Project for newbies but only two(2) tutorials are completed. New tutorial are added every week.
My tutorial will teach you first hand how to build your own website from getting your domain name to building and completing the site.
Thanks.

You could always do what I do, which is just run some blogging software and get a free theme for it. Maybe that won't work for you needs, but it's pretty easy.

If you want to learn how to design and build websites, I highly recommend you spend a lot of time at www.w3schools.com (http://www.w3schools.com).
This site give you a breakdown of all of the most popular web programming languages as well as provide a means of writing code yourself and viewing the results immediately.
You should also get used to spending quite a bit of time on message boards such as this one. And above all ....
ASK QUESTIONS!!!
