man...... i dont know what the hell to do all my stuff is gone nothing works I tryd just creating a simple HTML file index.htm, default.htm anything..... nothing works its just always error 404 I tryd installing joomla... it didnt work and would access the from page at my URl www.cutelings.com... im going insane... this is so freakin annoying,
Iv tryd emptying my public_html completely and all I want to do now is comepletely format my domain to when I first registered it ( is it possible?) .......

From what I can see every request is being redirected to /index.php, so I'm guessing there's a mod_rewrite rule (in .htaccess) or similar that's overriding requests.

If you want to reset your account to it's initial state, contact support (via Live Chat) and they can do it for you.

Try opening up your .htaccess file and set it so it directs it to index.html instead index.php.

thank you guys for replying, yeah I found the problem last night after takeing a long break.. found the file somewhere in the Joolma folder so anyway now Im seeing that my site is cutelings.com at the homepage. Why isnt it www.cutelings.com

If you mean "why does the Internet Explorer title bar show CUTELINGS.COM instead of www.CUTELINGS.COM", it's because your homepage has a
<title>Cutelings.com</title> in the <head> section. You also display this name in the body with a
<td><strong>CUTELINGS.com</strong> statement.
