What's up with my stats not showing up?
I followed the instructions and enabled both Awstats and Webalizer in the cPanel.
When I click on the Analog icon in cPanel, I get the page that says to choose a month, but there is no month to select!
When I try Awstats, I get an error.
When I try Webalizer, I get a page that says Webalizer stats have not been generated yet.
So I try the Service chat and talk to some guy Luke (this is Saturday). He say's don't worry, they'll be up soon. Here it is monday and no stats!
So Sunday I put in a Support Ticket...and still have not heard back from them!
This is crazy! Is this the kind of service I can expect in the future. I have other hosting accounts and those companies get right back with me quick, even godaddy!
Earth to Hostmonster, is there anyone running the ship?

The stats takes some time to generate. Keep in mind that when you activate the stats, there is NOTHING recorded! So there is nothing to show. And even a few days after activating it has still not gathered enough data to display something useful.
Try again in a few weeks and you should see something.
Before blaming HostMonster, I'd get all over your "facts" correct.
McCoy is right. It does take some time for your stats to be generated if you have just enabled it.

Cut & Paste from the Stats Manager Page:
In this area you can view statistics about your website. Please be aware that only latest visitors is a live feed. All of the statistical reports are updated every 24 hours. All of the bandwidth information is updated every 6 hours. If you wish to compare data from each statistics program you should only compare data that is at least 36 hours old to ensure that it has been updated and is providing the correct information. Please note these times are estimates, and are subject to change based on the amount of traffic on the server, and that you must have stats enabled in the Stats Manager at least 24 hours before any stats will be compiled.

Well the facts are correct ace. Luke at the Support desk said they'd be up soon.
I activated the account and stats on Dec. 6th. That's 5 days ago. No stats other than the "Last 300."
I could understand that there might be little data with a site getting only a few hits per day, but when one starts with several hundred a day, there should be enough data to start stats.
I've had stats activated within 36 hours on other host's such as ix, godaddy and ev1 and I certainly don't have to wait days for an email reply from Support.
So it'll take weeks with hostmonster? That's cool but it should be stated so people will know before signing up.

Okay, just checked and now they're up. Thanks.
Sorry to be itchy, but I can't tell who's sending the traffic without my stats! =) And without those numbers, I'm blind as to where to concentrate my efforts.
