I want to use this tool

Hi Gents;
i would like to use this tool but it cant connect to my DB.
Please any ideas how to do it as i am a beginner.

To connect to MySQL remotely, you need to add your IP to the firewall whitelists.
The first one is in the 'Remote MySQL' page in cPanel, add your own home IP address here (or simply the % wildcard, so you don't have to worry about this one again).

Then, click 'Customer Profile' under the table on the same page to take you to the second one.
Click the Edit Preferences button down on the left to expand the options. In the MySQL Whitelisted IPs dropdown box, choose your IP address, then click Save Changes.

You should now have remote access to MySQL. If you have a dynamic IP address (if it changes each time you connect to the internet), you will need to add the new one to the whitelists again.
