Okay, here's a truly weird one:

I can access my email via Horde or Squirrel on my desktop or my wife's lap top. However, I also have a Dell laptop that doesn't allow me to access my email! I can get into the CP panel just fine and I can get to the screen where you click the logo for either Horde or Squirrel mail, but when I click on either, I get the following message: "Not Found. The server was not able to find the document (./3rdparty/squirrellmail/src/login.php,src/login.php) you requested."

This only happens on my laptop, as I said. I have spoken with Hostmonster techs and Dell techs and no one can figure it out.

Oh, and by the way, I CAN retrieve my email on the Dell laptop by using "mail2web.com" but that only allows me to read my mail.

Any ideas? http://hostmonsterforum.com/images/smilies/eek.gif

The only thing I can think of that you can check is the firewall setting on your Dell Laptop. Are you using a different firewall on that workstation than the other two that work? Maybe the webpage is being blocked by some security program. If you can get to the screen where you select either Horde or Squirrellmail, then I don't think it's a port issue, but you might check that as well.

If you are running security software, try turning it off and then trying to get to either webmail program. If it works then, you know the problem is in the security software.
