My website xc-clan.com keeps going down...

error: website is found, shows a blank screen displaying nothing!

Contact support like 100 times a week... Mostly when contacting live support, it didn't even take them 7 hours to reply! wtf, I went to bed and woke and nothing. Being soo patient and kind, they give no reply!

Here we go again, another guy, he's not replying! Is it that theres a poor support? don't know what to do? AFK?

Every time I explain the problem its like they disappear... this is my last shot at them and if they don't reply, I have no choose to cancel it because my servers won't work. (HOW PATHETIC!)

I DO NOT expect this of them, and I'm disappointed!

Looking at the source code for the blank page, I see:

That's an indication of a scripting problem. Have you installed any new scripts or made any changes recently?

I haven't installed no scripts... no .htaccses is in the server. Yes I lost my subdomains FTP's or what that require .htaccess files, tried everything, no help >:(

Have you tried restoring your site from backups? You should have both daily and weekly backups available via Control Panel.

no I didn't use no scipts at all. I even made sure theres no .htaccess file.

omg, what the hell now I know the problem, when I'm the FTP client program called

"WinSCP3" - (Some of you might heard it)
The website don't work...

I close that program 1 minute later... the website works... I'm not sure if this happens with all FTP clients but I am using a dedicated IP...

500 Server Error

thers 4 people on my teamspeak, they said I must kill them (proccesses)
Going to cancel hostmonster because I can't host a teamspeak of 4 players... and have a website which doesn't have timeouts all the time.

never happened before... they said it's my ISP... well I know I have unlimited BT Broadband8MB
