How to make a form?

I'm using Hostmonster domain. And I need to make a HTML page, with a form for the internet users to complete and then submit. And so the information would go to me. I don't wanna use email, I want it to SUBMIT via http. How would I do that?

http://www.w3schools.com/ will probably have a solution for you. It teaches you how to create forms and submit/post them (Or at least I think it does).
