I'm going through the same problem with another domain I'm trying to transfer to HM.
Not many registrars like to lose domains so they tend to be VERY slow in releasing the domain to the new registrar. I believe the time limit is 7 days but I'm not sure.
If you have gone through entering the EPP code and have also entered the verification code and added the domain to your account, then there is nothing left for you to do really but wait ... which really stinks.
Then again, I already said I'm in the same boat, but I've waited almost my full week ;)

If the whois database has the HM nameservers listed for the domain, then you may simply have to wait for DNS propgation to take effect. It should take no more than 48 hours, but I've heard of rare cases where it took more then 72 to fully propogate the 'net and start pointing to the new location ...

I just tried transferring my domain to HM and I get this error message.
"Before continuing, you must first delete the domain from the Losing Registrar [Name.com LLC] to receive a full refund from them. Or just try again in a couple months from now."

Do I have to wait some time before transferring it? I actually just purchased it and tried transferring it right away.

OK, I pointed the domain servers to HM. Now what do I do? It's not showing up in my CP.

I figured it out. Now in the Domain manager my addon is set to name.com registrar and has a link to change it to HM registrar, do I need to change it over?
