index.html page not loading by default

My site http://www.abcofdebtconsolidation.com is not loading the index.html page by default. There are no other default pages (i.e. default.htm, default.html, index.htm, index.php, etc). http://www.abcofdebtconsolidation.com/index.html works fine.

How do I fix this?
