Gallery2 installation problem

Hello, I've got a problem with the Gallery2 installation. I got stuck on step 4 -- Storage Setup. I should type in the exact path to the g2data directory but I don't know it. When I try to point the browser to the dir.php (which should tell me the path), I get 404. Please help me. Thanks.

Assuming you're doing a new install, then you need to decide where to put it.

My recommendation is something like /home/yourusername/g2data (i.e. don't put it in the public_html directory)
