Hello,
For several days I bought a hosting space for your company.
Normally, and as you display support is guaranteed.
But almost 10 days since I can not find help to put some tools in place.
Such aid requires a maximum of 10 minutes for one of your technicians.
Despite the raises.
Despite the opening of several tickets.
Despite the cat.
No result. No positive response.
Please consider how terminate the contract default in the first me. Keep your rights for a month and proceed with the refund of the amount collected.
My email address is valid to identify me.
I count on you.
Sorry I can not call telephone support because I do not speak English. But it turned out that your services are intended for English speakers who may seek support by telephone.

Greetings.

SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH IT SA GOOGLE TRANSLATE

1. This is a user-to-user forum. We don't work for hostmonster. We are users like you.

2. Use Live Chat for your first-priority technical problems. You will recieve an aswer much faster. Tickets should be only for low-priority problems or requests. And send only ONE ticket. Sending several tickets not only doesn't help but it aggraviates the problem of waiting.

3. If you want a refund use Live Chat and ask for it or send a ticket and be patient.

4. If you don't know english you should have used a hosting company which can give support in your own language. Sorry, but that is solely your fault.

Thank you for your advice, and finally, I insisted the problem was resolved.
With ten days of waiting.
It will serve me a lesson.
Thank you for your responses.

I had a similar problem, my recommendation is not to use tickets, usually they dont see them.

I moved from godaddy to hostmonster, I wanted better support and a faster server, the live chat option is good, but usually you forget about the window because you have to wait too much time for support.

I usually ask for support during the morning so I don't have to wait 10+ minutes for help.

Well, I just got off live chat due to a sudden burp somewhere that caused my home page on one site only (all other sites working fine) to show, but all my menu links on the home page suddenly started going to my 404 error page. (2 hours ago, it worked fine.)

While it is working again now, the details for the burp are still being investigated as I have made no changes to the site or domain in the last 2 days.

My point is merely to laud "Live Chat" as Johnny-On-The-Spot any and every time I have had a problem. So far, only 1 was not self-inflicted (my fault that is. . .and this last is yet to be determined, support ticket issued. . .), and they have been top-notch, fast, courteous and professional EVERY time!

THANKS, HM!

(I still can't believe I used to think my OLD host was good. . .:D)

Despite the cat.
No result.
Like ADAM said, the cat probably did it.
