Quick word re forums

Just noticed that the time is wrong on the forums. The status down the bottom says "All times are GMT +13. The time now is 09:42 PM.". Now I've correctly got my timezone set to GMT +13 (New Zealand Daylight Time) but right now its only 8.42pm.

Minor annoyance only (if that) but would be good to get fixed...

I don't know if you have DST like we have in Europe, maybe that option is on in your User CP.

EDIT: Apparently not, I also have set my DST to off and yet it shows one hour more than it is.
