Email Forwarding Help

I want to forward all email to another address without leaving a copy at the HostMonster site. Everything I read in control panel seems to indicate that a copy will be left on the HostMonster server. Is that correct or am I missing something? I guess the real question is what is the correct configuration needed to forward email to another address and not leave a copy at the HostMonster site?

To forward to an external address, DO NOT set up a local email account with the email addresses' name. All that is required is to go to Email Forwarders (or whatever its called), add in the address that you want mail to be received to (e.g. myuser@yourdomain.com) and then the external address to send it to (e.g. myuser@example.com)
