My site is offline

Hi hostmonster team,

I can not find why my domain (sfdw-fstm.org (http://sfdw-fstm.org)) is unreachable. The last time it was on was before setting a new email address through cPanel and setting an Evolution IMAP client on an ubuntu desktop...

Thank you for your help. It becomes very urgent as the situation last for a week.

a) this is a user-to-user forum and so is not monitored by HostMonster support - you should raise a ticket or use live chat to talk with them via Hostmonster.com
b) site looks like its working to me. What happens when you visit it?

Looks fine to me too. My 2 blog sites were down on Saturday night. I called tech support and they said they were upgrading the server. All my other sites on that server were working, so it had something to do with the MySQL databases. Within an hour they were working again just fine.

Some sites were down recently due to Apache upgrades, then later on a few MySQL servers were down and being repaired. If your site is unavailable, check here first before contacting support: http://serverstatus.hostmonster.com/
