Welcome to the hostmonster user forums. Here you will be able to find information and ask questions regarding to your website.
This is NOT a hostmonster customer support forum, nor an official means of communication with hostmonster. So don’t complain about your site not working, slowness or being down. If you have such problems then take it up with support, no one here can do anything about it.
The purpose of this forum is users of hostmonster to ask other users of hostmonster question before signing up, HTML and other coding questions/problems, software setup, etc. If I feel like a post is not relevant or not constructive, it will be deleted.
This is a user to user forum and the administration and tech supports DO NOT come here. So don’t expect your posts regarding account info to be answered here.
Also, I do not work for hostmonster nor do I get paid to do this. I am here on my own free will and do it to keep things constructive and helpful.
If you need immediate support regarding your account or services, the best way would be to contact customer support by opening a ticket here (http://helpdesk.hostmonster.com/kb/index.php?x=&mod_id=4), (866) 573-4678 or live chat located on the main page www.hostmonster.com
If you send in a ticket and do not get an immediate response (or even a day or so), PLEASE do not keep opening tickets. All you do is add to the queue and waste supports time by making multiple people look over the same issue, which makes any backlog even larger.
If you have a question/problem with your code, please post you code. Remember, we can't read you mind. So post all information that you can think about. The more information we have, the better and faster we can help you.
Please be courteous of other people and their posts.
