hello, i'd like to extend my deepest thanks to all in advance for [1] being here and [2] tuning in.
i'm using dreamweaver 8, and fairly new to it (used to code every site in notepad because any editor i tried to use made severe root canal seem like pure bliss). i believe that's both helped me and hurt me by keeping me familiar with the code, however i'm behind the times with the time-saving proficiency and features of editors (if only i could just figure out how to implement them). enough life story.
lazy me, i'm using the dreamweaver template: "Halo Left Nav" under the "Page Designs (CSS)" category.
problem: the first 7 global links get the sub-global links to show and hide perfectly, but i have 9, and those last 2 just don't work no matter how hard i kick.
not sure where to add/change the code, i swore i thought the correlating line of code for it was:
var numofitems = 7;adversely, no matter what i changed this value to (0 to 9999 and anything in between) there was no change to any behavior on the page that i could notice, so i'm lost as to what that line of code could possibly be for.
i have attached the html and css both as txt to hopefully help make this as easy and painless as possible.
any help at all would be immensely appreciated, hopefully before the whitecoats take me away. thanks again.
