I have a hostmonster website and I have those following link which I have no idea why they work.

http://***WebsiteLink***/cgi-sys/guestbook.cgi
http://***WebsiteLink***/cgi-sys/FormMail-clone.cgi

Is there any security issue related to those link?
Is there any way of deactivating those link?
I can't access those folder by ftp, is it normal?
I have no idea why they even exist on my domain name...

I believe it a system folder which mean exist for all account of hostmonster.
Anyone have good website security knowledge and could give me more information about those link?
